Why Pronouns are Important to All!

Pronouns matter and the following guide offers insight into why pronouns are valuable to all of us, not only transgender* and nonbinary* folks. This guide provides answers to common questions around what pronouns mean and how to start incorporating them into everyday language and actions.

Pride Guide

IPGLBT created the Pride Guide which provide agencies and employees with important information about the LGBTQ+ community, helpful organizations and resources to connect with, and programming examples to help facilitate a more inclusive community and help build a strong base of allies.

Last year, the group  published a second edition of the guide. Besides updates like new terminology, additional issues facing the community, and more resources, they have also included two new sections that spotlight some LGBTQ+-inclusive work our agencies have created, and select programming IPGLBT has produced from the last decade.”
