  • How the inclusive leadership behaviors of ownership and accountability can be applied to build an inclusive remote team.

  • Tips for how to create a virtual water cooler where spontaneous collaboration and conversation can occur.

  • The importance of intentional communication to avoid miscommunication.

IPGLBT Pride Guide

IPGLBT created the Pride Guide which provide agencies and employees with important information about the LGBTQ+ community, helpful organizations and resources to connect with, and programming examples to help facilitate a more inclusive community and help build a strong base of allies.

 

Last year, the group has published second edition of the guide. Besides updates like new terminology, additional issues facing the community, and more resources, they have also included two new sections that spotlight some LGBTQ+-inclusive work our agencies have created, and select programming IPGLBT has produced from the last decade.”

Our partners at Catalyst have created a course to quickly get up to speed on affinity bias—the human tendency to want to be around people who make us feel comfortable. Affinity bias can be an unrecognized roadblock to inclusion. The Catalyst course will cover:
